According to the Terms of Reference, we assume that if all documents pertaining to DOCUMENTATION OF BIDDERS are drafted in English, an Executive Summary of maximum five pages on the contents therein must be submitted in one of the official languages of Afghanistan together with such documents. Would you please kindly clarify it for us?

The documents pertaining to the bid may be drafted in English. We further confirm that if such documents are drafted in English an Executive Summary of maximum five pages on the contents therein drafted in one of the official languages in Afghanistan, i.e. either Dari or Pashto, must also be submitted.
