There is a gas discovery well named the Khosdah Budanskar 1 well located close to the north boundary of the Kashkari block. Can we arrange the wells in the Kashkari block without considering the boundary of the Khosdah Budanskar gas field. If we need to consider about that, how could we define the boundary of the Khosdah Budanskar gas field.

The Contractor may propose the specific well locations for the approval of the Ministry of Mines. If a discovery is made within the Contract Area, and there is reason to believe that the discovery may be in communication with, or indeed be part of, a discovery in the neighbouring block, the Contractor shall notify the Ministry as established in the Model EPSC Article 22.
