Is it true that all the wells drilled in the known accumulations would not be taken as the Additional Work Programme?

Any well drilled in Quadrants of the Contract Area with known hydrocarbon accumulations in addition to the minimum work programme for such Quadrants (as specified in the Terms of Reference article 3.8.2: one well to specific horizon or 3 well workovers) will be converted into Work Units (WU) (1000 WU per well) and will be deducted from the Contractor’s Additional Work Commitment (bid).
