As a part of the Development Plan the Contractor is required to submit an environmental impact assessment which shall include socio-economic conditions and an environment management plan et cetera (Model EPSC Article 7.1 (h) (ii)). Are there any caps on related costs?

These potential cost elements will be related to the prevailing conditions in relation to the particular field and the size of the development in question and cannot be generally estimated.
